Refund and Returns Policy

At Nitsaa Polymer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make every shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are intact.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering after delivery.

  • Opened electronic items, accessories, or consumables (such as cables, batteries, or components) once the seal is broken.

  • Customized, assembled, or special-order products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@eventsbyeverrise.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or courier return.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Note: Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

3. Refund Process

After your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit as per your preference.

If your refund takes longer than expected, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting our support.

4. Exchanges

We currently offer product exchanges for eligible items.
If the desired replacement product is unavailable, you may choose to receive a store credit or a full refund, as applicable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at info@eventsbyeverrise.com with images or a short video of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet dispatched.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

  • In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery.

To cancel, contact us via email or WhatsApp support (if available).

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used electronic items.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation.

  • Consumables and accessories (such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components).

  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product, Nitsaa Polymer will bear all shipping costs.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., size issue or change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
