Return & Refund Policy

At NITSAA POLYMER PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to make every shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • βœ“ The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • βœ“ All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
  • βœ“ The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • βœ• Products showing signs of wear or damage.
  • βœ• Innerwear, accessories (socks/caps), or clearance items.
  • βœ• Customized or personalized products.

2. The Return Process

Step 1: Email us at support@nitsaapolymer.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: If approved, we will share return pickup or courier instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • ➜ Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original source within 5–7 business days.
  • ➜ COD Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer. You will be asked to provide bank details via email.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or a video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We bear 100% of the return shipping cost.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issue: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
